Instructions for First Time Users at RHB Bank (from RHB bank websites http://www.rhbbank.com )

Step 1

Visit the nearest RHB Bank ATM.

At the ATM, insert your ATM/Credit Card and key in your PIN. The ATM screen will display the "Select Transaction" screen. Then, select "Others".

At the next screen displayed, select "Internet Banking Registration".

Enter your preferred 6-digit Temporary Internet PIN. Re-enter the number for confirmation. Memorise this number, as it will not be printed on the ATM receipt for security reasons.

If your registration has been successful, you will be advised to "Log On to http://www.rhbbank.com to complete the registration process". If your registration attempt fails, please call our Customer Service Agents at 03-92068228 or email ibanksupport@rhbbank.com

Step 2

Proceed to a personal computer and visit rhbbank.com.

Click on the "Start Internet Banking" button, then on the next page displayed select "First Time User".

At the "ATM Card or Credit Card" field, please key in your 16-digit ATM/Credit Card number. If your RHB Bank Visa Card is also your ATM Card, please key in your Credit Card number.

At the "Temporary Internet PIN" field, enter the 6-digit Temporary Internet PIN that you selected at the ATM.

Enter your preferred SignOn ID and Password.

Read the "Terms and Conditions" carefully and click "I Agree".

Instruction For MAYBANK user (from Maybank2u.com websites MayBank ( http://www.maybank2u.com )

For existing customers with ATM/Credit Card linked to banking account(s)

Go to any Maybank or Mayban Finance Automated Teller Machine (ATM).

At the main menu, select Other Transaction.

At Other Transaction screen select Maybank2u Application.

Select your own 6-digit Maybank2u.com Personal Identification Number (PIN) and memorise it. For security reasons, your PIN will not be printed on the receipt.

How to Login

1.Go to www.maybank2u.com.

2.Select First Time Login.

3.Read the Terms and Conditions carefully and click on the Accept button at the end of the document.

4.The Welcome page will appear. If you do not see this page, there is a possibility that your browser needs to be upgraded.

5.In the Access Number field, enter your ATM/credit card number that you used to apply for your Maybank2u.com PIN at the ATM.

6.Enter the 6-digit Maybank2u.com PIN that you selected and click Activate.

7.A new login screen will appear. Select your preferred username and password. Please use this username and password for all your future access.

8.To pay bills with other credit cards (not Maybank), login and select Add/Remove Credit Card under Online Bill Payment.
